A commercial property has recurring electric, gas, water, sewer, waste, internet, voice, or legacy telecom charges that have not recently been checked against usage and applicable rate documents.

Send three consecutive months of sanitized invoices for one property. If a required tariff or rate schedule is publicly available, Corbelworks will cite it; otherwise the delivery will mark that evidence as missing rather than infer a defect.

Corbelworks identifies and documents possible billing defects; it does not contact providers, file disputes, guarantee recoveries, or provide legal, tax, engineering, or regulatory advice. Do not send credentials, payment-card data, regulated data, or unredacted personal information.
