58.8% of the material claims in 15 live NE lodging listings are unverifiable as published
We pulled 15 currently-listed New England lodging and campground businesses from three specialist brokers and ran each through the Corbelworks listing check. Of the 80 material claims we scored, 33 were verifiable as published, 29 were unverifiable, and 18 were simply missing — 58.8% that a buyer cannot confirm from the page.
"Unverifiable" does not mean false. It means the claim is material and a buyer cannot confirm it without documents the seller has not yet shown. This is a read of what each listing publishes, done from the broker's own live pages. Raw page receipts are kept for every listing, and every quoted claim is machine-checked to be verbatim from its receipt before publishing.
